Yes. We are a registered NDIS provider with Registration ID 4-L5WTUFJ. Our ABN is 53 670 970 448. Being registered means we meet the quality and safeguarding requirements set by the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, and we can work with both plan managed and NDIA managed participants.
We currently operate across Greater Melbourne in Victoria and across Brisbane, Ipswich, and Logan in Queensland. Our Victorian office is at 24 Rialto Circuit, Craigieburn. If you are unsure whether we cover your area, give us a call and we will let you know.
Switching providers is your right under the NDIS, and it is more straightforward than most people think. You will need to give your current provider notice as outlined in your service agreement, then we will work with you to set up a new agreement and schedule. We handle the transition to make sure there are no gaps in your support.
