Lawn mowing and basic yard maintenance might seem like a small thing, but if you cannot physically manage it, an overgrown yard creates real problems. Tripping hazards, pest issues, complaints from neighbours or landlords, and the stress of watching things deteriorate when you cannot do anything about it.
Aamoon Care provides lawn mowing and yard maintenance as part of our daily living support services. NDIS funded, practically delivered, and designed to keep your outdoor spaces safe and manageable.
Our service includes regular lawn mowing for front and back yards, edging along driveways, paths, and garden beds, whipper snipping, green waste management, basic weeding, blowing or sweeping paths and driveways, and general tidying of outdoor living spaces.
We schedule maintenance on a regular cycle that suits your property and the season. During warmer months, fortnightly or weekly. In cooler months, less frequent. Our workers bring the necessary equipment. If your property has specific access requirements or terrain challenges, we note those during assessment.
Lawn mowing can be funded under Core Supports, under Assistance with Daily Life, where the participant is unable to manage the task due to their disability. Your plan needs funding allocated for this type of support.
Depends on your property, the season, and your NDIS budget. During spring and summer, fortnightly mowing is common. During autumn and winter, monthly may be sufficient.
